Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services

I Do is a proudly South African business making solid-wood products.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between I Do and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point, all goods remain the property of I Do.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one to five working days.

All orders are dispatched via a courier service and will be subject to the courier company's delivery schedule. A delivery being delayed is unfortunately not grounds for return or refund.

These terms and conditions inform you accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods by I Do is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability after ordering, I Do will contact you to discuss other options.

An order can only be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by I Do and only upon direct contact being made via the details provided.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must notify I Do as soon as possible but no longer than three working days (72 hours) of receiving it. I Do will then make arrangements to rectify the situation.

If you receive an incorrect product from the one ordered, please contact I Do within three working days. I Do will then check our system to see whether an incorrect product was packed. If an incorrect product was picked by I Do, I Do will then arrange for the correct product to be dispatched.

Customer Privacy Policy

I Do shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, or Zapper.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for I Do via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Gift Card/Vouchers/ Promo codes (hereinafter referred to as Gift Cards) must be redeemed through https://shop.ido.co.za, toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card. Gift cards can only be used on orders that exceed the amount of the Gift Card/Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

Only one Gift Card can be redeemed per order.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. An unused Gift Card may not be transferred to another customer.

I Do reserves the right to reject the use of a voucher if not used against an order containing a particular product, combination of products, and/or combination of products and quantities.

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

I Do takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

Use of the Website

This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.

Variation

I Do may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice for various reasons.
